Sales Representative/Account Manager, Apparel

Main Responsibilities:

Regularly visit key accounts to build mutual trust with customers that the role will bring in value
Periodically update customers’ demand on INVISTA products and translate demand into sales forecast; Achieve sales forecasts and manage supply and demand balance
Tactically approach and figure out needs in customers and find solutions with support from supervisors, while address thread and opportunity from market place
Handle complaints from customers and dispose the issues according to policy Industry trends alignment with BD groups in US and Europe; Regionalize trend analysis from central Business Development
Support marketing function to address brand-house/brand-buyers’ needs on
Lycra ® /INVISTA products



Job requirement

Bachelor degree or above
Basic knowledge on understanding sales and marketing concepts
Basic technical knowledge on textile product and industry
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
Necessary for travel frequently




Customer Service Representative, Apparel

Main Responsibilities

l Pro-actively seek and gather customer orders with clear agreement on price (sales), product availability (business supply chain) and credit requirements (credit & sales)

l Work with related teams to meet the customer order requirement whilst balancing the need to serve the whole market effectively

l Monitor orders in delivery, picking, packing, dispatching and invoicing to ensure timely and accurate order progression. Ensure warehouse follow established picking rules to avoid odd-lots age out

l Ensure all necessary documentation is produced accurately and on-time and distributed appropriately

l Ensure everything shipped to be invoiced on time

l Advise on any system or process related issues to the count
