·DIRECT SALES  
Definition :
Direct Sales (DS) for retail individual banking is to provide high level of personal services to the bank’s customers and to maximize the sales of individual banking to help towards making SG the best retail bank in China.
Position:
Direct Sales Agent reports directly to the Head of Direct Sales.
Job Responsibilities:
•To maximize the sales of the bank’s products, and to meet/exceed specific targets where appropriate;
•To hand over customer relationship properly to their CRMs;
•To provide excellent customer services to clients and make sure all enquiries and complaints are accurately and effectively resolved to the satisfaction of customers;
•To maintain a high standard of appearance of the sales location and of the sales staff;
•To be able to prepare and submit daily or weekly reports to the Head of Direct Sales.
•To comply with local regulation and internal procedures.
Personal skills:
•University degree or equivalent;
•Relevant job experience is preferred;
•A sound knowledge of bank products and services and competition is preferred;
•Sound sales & service skill with professional etiquette
•Presentable, outgoing and persuasive;
•Good spoken and written English is preferred.
·Customer Relationship Manager  
Definition :

Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for Retail Individual Banking is to provide the highest possible level of personal services to the bank’s customers and to maximize the sales of Individual banking and financial products/services to help towards making SG the best retail bank in China.

Position :

The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for Retail Individual Banking reports to the Branch/Sub-branch Manager for Retail Banking.

Role :
 Principal Responsibilities
  ·To ensure that the highest level of customer service is provided at all times and that customers’ individual banking needs are fully met in a professional and competent manner
  ·To maximize the sales of the bank’s products, and to meet/exceed specific targets where appropriate
  ·To generate business through cross selling to existing customers; local sales promotions; outdoor marketing calls on companies or individual customers; contacts with CRMs of Corporate Banking & CIB
  ·To ensure that, whenever possible, cross sell opportunities are fully exploited in dealing with existing and new customers
  ·To supervise and co-ordinate the sales effort of a particular sales location
  ·To maintain a high standard of appearance of the sales location and of the sales staff
  ·To be fully conversant and up-to-date with retail products and market knowledge and to have knowledge of the various products offered by other division/subsidiaries. Also, to keep abreast of what is happening in the financial world
  ·As and when required, assist in performing operations control duties
  ·To assist grooming and training of new sales staff
  ·To comply with his/her respective Money Laundering Prevention Procedures and be alert at all times to unusual or possibly suspicious customer activity, and should report any suspicious activity to the respective Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and line manager as well as directly to the Business AML Officer in urgent or exceptional circumstances
Personal skills :
  ·A sound knowledge of bank products and services and competition
  ·A good knowledge of banking practices, compliance, operation procedures and rules and miscellaneous procedures of the Bank
  ·Communication skills to handle operation staff at middle & back office, direct sales, phone banking and customers
  ·Sound sales & service skill with professional etiquette
  ·Working knowledge of computer system
Administrative, time management and cost control skills, business and common sense
