  职位描述: Job duties:

  - To greet customers at the first point of contact as soon as the customer approach branch.

  - To direct customers to relevant Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Customer Service Officer (CSO)’s desk or answer customer’s simple enquiries if CSR/CSO is occupied.

  - To handle all inferior Non HSBC Premier (NHP) accounts and zero-balance NHP accounts follow up work.

  - To provide excellent service to customers through introducing appropriate banking services by understanding customer needs.

  - To provide assistance in queue management and branch merchandizing display.

  - To back up CSR who is on leave or during lunchtime.

  Job requirements:

  - Bachelor degree or above

  - Good communication and selling skills

  - Good understanding of Personal Financial Service (PFS) products and service

  - Good spoken and written English

  - Well organized

  - Nice personality
